Founder & Chief Concierge
Matt Ferguson discovered his talent for fixing things early in life. Some of his earliest memories involve helping his dad with projects and tagging along to HandyDan, the local hardware store. At sixteen, his Sunday school teacher Joe–the church handyman–recognized Matt’s abilities and offered him a job. Working alongside Joe, Matt gained hands-on experience with carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
After studying accounting at Baylor University, Matt graduated in 2002 and joined Ernst & Young before moving on to Oak Hill Advisors, where he built a reputation for finding clarity in complex situations–creating systems, solving complex problems, and leading teams. Eventually, he transitioned into San Francisco-based fintech, where he found success–but also restlessness.
He realized he had the skills, experience, and drive to build something of his own. Something real, grounded, lasting.
He saw a familiar pattern among friends and family: everyone owned homes, but no one had the time or trusted help to maintain them well. The industry was reactive, fragmented, and built for sales– not service. That’s when the idea for Beeline snapped into focus.

Matt is a licensed CPA with two decades of experience in financial services. While he had the business experience to start a company and the technical experience to serve his clients, Beeline was a radical departure from anything he had done before.
With his wife’s encouragement, Matt made the leap. “I didn’t choose Beeline,” he reflects. “Beeline chose me.”
The name captures it all: just as bees take the most direct path to their destination, Beeline offers a direct, efficient path to better home care. And like bees working together in a hive, the Beeline team collaborates to care for each home as an integrated system.
