Our Guarantee

Owner Occupied Residences:

We warrant all workmanship for one year from the date of completion. If you are not satisfied with our work product we will happily repair the product to your satisfaction. If you are still not satisfied with our repair, we will pay another contractor of your choice to repair the product.

Heating and Air Conditioning:

In addition to the warranty described above and any manufacturer’s warranty on parts and equipment, we offer 3 year and 10 year warranties for labor and refrigerant for system replacement and new installations in owner occupied residences.

Limitations:

We make no warranty, express or implied, for clogged or obstructed condensation drains or damage resulting thereof, or for refrigerant leaks unless the leak is directly related to a repair we performed. Please note that we make no express or implied warranty of merchantability for equipment, parts or materials installed or used in the performance of our work. Any manufacturer’s warranty will inure to the benefit of the client. In the case of a discrepancy between this website and a written contract, the contract shall prevail.

Our Promise

Adult Must be Present:

We require a responsible adult be at the home and in proximity to minors or adults with special abilities while our team is present. While we are honored that our clients trust us with keys to their homes and are comfortable with our team working without supervision, our team members will leave the premises and work to reschedule a visit if this is not possible.

Safety Protocols:

Each Beeline team member has completed a three month probationary period that includes written assessments and field training, controlled substance screening, and background and credit checks. After hire, controlled substance screening is performed at random four times per year, and background and credit checks are updated annually. We utilize GPS tracking to efficiently manage our worker bees while they’re in the field.

Continuous Training:

We meet with each team member twice a day and provide ongoing training and education opportunities, not just to improve your experience, but to better the livelihoods of our team! We ensure that our team is equipped with the appropriate tools, supplies, knowledge and resources to handle each task safely and efficiently.

Emergency Preparedness:

 In case of emergency, call 911. Next, call us. We’ll be there to help and we take steps to ensure that we respond appropriately in case of emergencies. Our preventative maintenance program includes systems to prevent and detect emergencies, but if they happen, our team is trained to handle emergencies with professionalism and urgency, prioritizing the safety and well-being of all involved.

Communication:

We maintain open and transparent communication with our clients, team members, and partners regarding safety-related matters. We encourage our clients to voice any safety concerns or questions they may have. If an issue needs to be escalated, please reach out to beesafe@beelinehome.com.
