Total Home Care is Beeline’s solution for homeowners who want their home professionally maintained—before problems start. clients are paired with a dedicated Concierge who manages your home’s maintenance, coordinates repairs, and keeps every system running smoothly. It’s 360° care for your home, so you can stop worrying and start living.
Absolutely. You don’t need to be a Total Home Care client to use our services, but there are a number of benefits to being a client and we’ll be happy to share more with you. Simply request service and rest assured that you’ll experience the same quality and honesty we bring to everything we do.
Beeline currently serves homeowners in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. We’re proudly local—not a faceless national chain. If you’re unsure whether we serve your neighborhood, just give us a call and we’ll let you know.
Thank you–owning a home is complex, so we’ve tried to think of everything you might need. But yes, there are certain services where we’ll coordinate with companies we partner with who we know and trust. Roof replacement and tree trimming and removal are two examples of services we’ll refer to partner companies. Your Concierge will be transparent when we’re coordinating service with another company.
Emergency and after-hours support is reserved for Total Home Care clients.
Total Home Care includes quarterly preventative maintenance visits focused on keeping your home’s systems running safely and efficiently, a dedicated Concierge who knows your name and your home, one hour for repairs or projects every quarter to keep your home in good repair, and ongoing support when something happens and you need help. It’s everything you need to keep your home running smoothly—without the stress of coordinating it yourself.
Yes, we created the Beeline App for our Total Home Care clients. The App lets you track projects, schedule service, view your home’s maintenance history, and contact your Concierge—all in one place.
Of course! We’re here for you whenever you need us – not just your scheduled quarterly visits. Give us a call, text, or use the Beeline App and tell us what you need help with.
Call or text our main number (817-203-4718) and the system will recognize you and forward your call to the Concierge on duty. Or, use the Beeline App and click the “Emergency” button. This will send a message to the entire Concierge team.

In general, all work is warranted to perform as intended for one year from the date of service. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll work to make it right, but if we can’t resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we’ll cover the cost of a contractor of your choice to complete the repair.
In addition, and at no additional cost to our Total Home Care clients, we provide a 10-year extended warranty on labor and refrigerant for HVAC system installation or replacement to match the manufacturer’s warranty on parts and equipment we install. We call this “Total Comfort”.
Total Home Care clients receive $25/hour off all repairs and 10% off all quoted projects.
Pricing starts at $125 per month and depends on the size and complexity of your home. We offer transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Schedule a complimentary walk-through and we’ll explain exactly what’s included—no pressure, no surprises.
The monthly fee is billed automatically to a payment method of your choice. We are able to charge less by bundling multiple services into quarterly visits rather than providing services on an a-la-carte basis. We’ve found that homeowners are more likely to invest in preventative maintenance when the cost is predictable, so rather than charging for services when they are performed, we spread the cost of performing these services over the period of a year and charge a monthly fee on a budget friendly basis. We commit to serve our Total Home Care clients, and our clients commit to pay for such services, for a period of one year. This commitment period automatically renews for subsequent one year periods unless we receive notification of non-renewal 30 days prior to the end of the commitment period. Your monthly fee will not increase, and the Total Home Care services will not materially change, unless we notify you no less than 30 days in advance of the end of the commitment period.
We start the process by meeting with you to understand the scope of the project: the area, layout, and finishes you’d like. We will develop a quote for your review and approval. For Total Home Care clients, we typically do not ask for a deposit to start work and instead bill at completion of the project. Total Home Care clients receive a 10% discount on all quoted projects and repairs.
Should a Total Home Care client need to cancel prior to the expiration of the commitment period, we will invoice the difference between the retail value of services provided in the commitment period versus the amount billed in the commitment period. Retail value is based on what we charge non-Total Home Care clients for similar services, and the difference is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
