Understanding your coverage
Workmanship Guarantee - Full Terms
All work performed by Beeline Home, LLC (“Beeline”) is warranted to perform as intended for a period of one (1) year from the date of service completion (“Warranty Period”).
If, during the Warranty Period, any workmanship issue arises that causes the work to fail to perform as intended, Beeline will, at its sole discretion, repair or re-perform the work at no additional cost to the customer.
Satisfaction Commitment: If you are not satisfied with our resolution of a warranty claim, and we are unable to resolve the issue to your reasonable satisfaction, Beeline will cover the cost of engaging a licensed contractor of your choice to complete or correct the repair, up to the original value of the work performed.
This guarantee covers defects in workmanship and materials provided by Beeline. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or modifications made by parties other than Beeline.
Total Comfort HVAC Warranty - Full Terms
Total Home Care clients who purchase HVAC system installation or replacement services from Beeline are entitled to the “Total Comfort” extended warranty at no additional cost.
Coverage Period: Ten (10) years from the date of installation.
What’s Covered:
- Labor: All labor costs associated with covered repairs during the coverage period.
- Refrigerant: Cost of refrigerant required for covered repairs during the coverage period.
- Parts: Coverage matches the manufacturer’s warranty on parts and equipment installed by Beeline.
Eligibility: To maintain eligibility for Total Comfort coverage, the HVAC system must be serviced by Beeline according to manufacturer recommendations. Total Home Care membership includes required maintenance visits.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, power surges, acts of nature, or service performed by parties other than Beeline. Pre-existing conditions and cosmetic damage are not covered.
LEGAL DISCLAIMERS
Limitation of Liability: Beeline’s liability under these warranties shall not exceed the original cost of the work performed. Beeline shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Warranty Claims: To file a warranty claim, contact Beeline at (817) 203-4718 or through the Beeline App. Claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period. Beeline reserves the right to inspect any claimed defect prior to authorizing warranty service.
Transferability: The Workmanship Guarantee is transferable to subsequent homeowners for the remainder of the warranty period. The Total Comfort Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Total Home Care client at the service address.
Governing Law: These warranty terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
