Understanding your coverage
Workmanship Guarantee - Full Terms
This guarantee covers defects in workmanship and materials provided by Beeline. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or modifications made by parties other than Beeline. →
This guarantee covers defects in workmanship provided by Beeline. It does not cover defects caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or installation, repair, or modifications made by any party other than Beeline. There is no warranty or guarantee for drywall repairs, foundation repairs, refrigerant or condensate leaks (or damage caused by the same).
Beeline makes no express or implied warranty of merchantability for equipment, parts or materials used in the performance of any service. Any manufacturer’s warranty inures to the benefit of the customer.
Total Comfort HVAC Warranty - Full Terms
Total Home Care clients who purchase HVAC system installation or replacement services from Beeline are entitled to the Total Comfort extended warranty at no additional cost.
Coverage Period: Ten (10) years from the date of installation.
What’s Covered:
- Labor: All labor costs associated with repairs during the coverage period.
- Refrigerant: Cost of refrigerant required for repairs during the coverage period.
- Parts: Equipment and parts: Manufacturer’s 10-year extended warranty on new systems installed by Beeline.
Eligibility: During the warranty period, your status as a Total Home Care client must remain in good standing. The Total Comfort warranty may be terminated for non-payment or cancellation of Total Home Care.
Exclusions:This warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or installation, repair, or modifications made by any party other than Beeline.
Transferability: For owner-occupied residential homes only, this warranty may be transferred upon sale of the home and enrollment by the successor homeowner in Total Home Care.
